Hey, it’s your midday guy Billy Michaels. You’re at work and the boss is driving you nuts?! I’ll play some cool tunes and talk about “Dancin’ With The Stars”, “American Idol”, or whatever else is on your mind. Plus, I’ll give you all the local stuff happening in the Tri-Parish.
I grew up outside of Chicago and went to college, strangely enough, to become a CPA! After failing all the business courses my first semester, it was time for a change. I always liked helping people so I thought I might pursue Psychology, which is what I got my Bachelors in. Then I thought, I can’t listen to people’s problems for 40 hours a week! I just wanted to entertain and have fun, so I pursued radio. I’ve worked in Chicago, Denver, San Francisco, Orlando, and now happy to be talking to you in the Tri-Parish.
After dating the same girl on and off for 10 years, good at commitment boy finally got married in December of ’04 in Vegas! It wasn’t an Elvis drive through kinda deal, but a REAL wedding with family and friends at the Bellagio. No kids yet, but 3 cats…all brothers…Spud (he looks like a potato), Alien (kinda has Yoda ears), and Ringo (has a white ring around his neck).
